PEEPs Preschool Environmental Ed Program - 2-5 years (pre-K)
We'll be talking about Crows and Ravens and add a little bit about scarecrows. Teams of families will make scarecrows and these "shared-team" scarecrows will be displayed in the city's Administration Annex building where the offices of Loveland Open Lands and Trails are located (just west of Foote Lagoon). If you want to make a scarecrow of your own to take home, you must bring your own "makings" (clothes and stuffing, preferably SMALL - toddler size) and PEEPs volunteers will help you put it together. I am retired from Occupational therapy. I have worked in this field for 24 years. I was a preschool teacher for 10 years before going to school for OT. I have lived in Colorado for 66 years I love the out doors, the mountains and praires, I enjoy, hiking, biking, camping, skiing, bird watching, dog training, fishing, swimming and volunteering. I currently am a trail host, helping with PEEPS, and Docent at Viestenz-Smith Mountain park.
