Join Open Lands volunteer and avid birder Andy for a guided bird walk around the ponds at River's Edge Natural Area. Andy will help search for and identify birds including waterfowl, songbirds, and raptors. We'll watch for early spring migrating species starting to move through on their way to northern breeding grounds. Easy 1-mile walk on mostly level natural-surface trails. Binoculars, water and comfortable walking shoes are recommended. Loaner binocs, bird ID books, and spotting scope available. All ages welcome. Please dress for the weather in layers.
