Guided Walk Midday Stroll for Fall
10/23/2021
| 01:30 PM - 02:45 PM
Boedecker Bluff (4750 W 1st St)
Guided Walk: Nature, Birding, History - Mixed Ages
Come join us for the sights of Boedecker Bluff. This walk will include a little history of the Boedecker Reservoir, identifying the plants in the area surrounding the lake and the bluff, as well as fun facts about the bluff itself. We'll watch for wildlife, too. Parking: Head north on Rossum Dr from W 1st St and turn right on Scenic Dr. Park along Scenic Dr where appropriate (making a U-turn and parking on the north side seems to be a good spot - and has an easy exit). The meet-up point will be on the corner of Rossum and Scenic - look for the Open Lands flag or volunteer in a vest.
