Evening of Storytelling - Spooky Nature & "Local" Tales

 10/25/2026  |  05:30 PM - 06:30 PM
  River's Edge Natural Area (960 W 1st St)

Specialty Program - Mixed Ages

This family-friendly event includes community members with storytelling skills sharing their favorite nature tales and spooky stories. As this is planned for outdoors in October, please dress for the weather (we cannot have a fire) and bring cushions or blankets to use on the stone amphitheater seats. It will be nearing the end of twilight by the finish so a flashlight is also recommended. If weather threatens, check your email for updates. Register to receive email updates. If you have a story to tell, sign up in Offero in the volunteer assignments section, and also contact [email protected]. If you would just like to come to listen, we'll save you a seat - use the Sign Up button to register as a participant.
