Guided Bird Walk

| 08:00 AM - 10:00 AM
River's Edge Natural Area (960 W 1st St)
Guided Walk: Nature, Birding, History - Mixed Ages
Did you know that Loveland is a birding hotspot? We have partnered with Bird Conservancy of the Rockies to present a Trail Feathers program which will help you get to know the winged wonders that share our home. We explore a different Open Lands & Trails site in Loveland each month, covering many habitats with a chance to discover new birds each time. An experienced leader will guide the walk, helping to spot and identify species along the way, and providing ID tips and other helpful birding info. This program is intended for anyone interested in birding, from beginners to experts. Binoculars and field guides will be available to borrow. Please wear comfortable walking shoes and be prepared to be outside for two hours. Meet at the main River's Edge parking lot, near the large map kiosk.
